Taking Your Property To Market

The decision to sell your property, or properties, through International Realty Auction Network requires a clear understanding of our process.

  • First, we collect as much information as possible from you. We will need:
    • A marketing agreement granting us permission to represent you in the sale of your property.
    • A full, detailed profile sheet of the features of your property. Your assigned REALTORŪ will send this form to you immediately, along with a listing agreement from the broker of the assigned firm.
    • An appraisal and current BPO (Broker Price Opinion) on your property, if available.
    • A survey of the property, if available.
    • A complete legal description of the property.
    • Tax amount for the current year.
    • A current inspection report, available by an ASHI certified inspector.
    • Any photographs that you may have that we may use to publicize your property. Your Realtor will arrange this if necessary.
  • After gathering this information, your assigned REALTORŪ will enter the information into our system, and your property will be scheduled for auction upon approval of the required information.
  • Marketing at our company is ongoing. We will review your property and match it with the appropriate target audience of buyers. This will create tremendous exposure on our website. Buyers are always looking at our inventory catalogue!
