"Buy it Now"
This option shows a set price for you to purchase the property immediately without the worry of anyone out bidding you.
Once you have clicked on Buy it Now, you will receive an email with the details for closing on this property.
Pre-Bidding
This option allows you to submit an absentee bid with the maximum bid that you are willing to pay. See Absentee Bid. You must call ahead for necessary paperwork in order to place an absentee bid.
The application will bid in predetermined increments up to your ceiling as though you were present.
The application will notify you once that level has been exceeded and allow you to bid again. The highest bid will win the property.
Time of Auction Bidding
Each auction has a specific date and time that it begins and ends. During these set times the bidder will have the opportunity to submit a bid.
The alert message will tell you when you're the high bidder.
The alert messages will send to you an email when you have been outbid.
The alert messages will send you an email if you are the winning bidder.
Bid on LIVE Online Auctions
To Bid.
You will hear and see the next amount that the auctioneer is requesting("Ask Price").
Click the "Bid" button-this will submit a bid at the asking price on your behalf .
Follow the auctioneer through the auction process and the winning bidder will be announced.
**Note: If you place a bid, you are entering into a legally binding contract to purchase the property if you are the winner.**

Both live video and audio may be available depending on the location of the sale.

Photos will be displayed on the application window above the view of the Auctioneer.
