Throughout the auction, you can view as the lots are being presented by the Auctioneer. You can also view the audience as they interact with the Auctioneer.
This saves a tremendous amount of time and travel expense and we are confident that you will enjoy this feature! You can preload the bidding application once you're a registered bidder right from your "My Account" page.

Be sure to review the terms and conditions of both the site and the specific properties that interest you. IIf you will be using a buyer broker, please have them registered at least 48 hours before the auction or before you plan to bid. (Agent/Broker Registration.)
After you receive your acknowledgement that You have successfully registered email, you may bid on the properties available on the day of the auction.
If you are the high bidder, you will be notified and you must be prepared to immediately tender your bid deposit on the property and sign a purchase and sales agreement. The auction team and the local Realtor managing that property will be available to help with the details leading up to the closing date, which will occur within 30 days or less. You may want to consider such things as a termite clearance letter, owner's title insurance, a homeowner's warranty on the property, etc.
