International Realty Auction Network conducts Time Online-Only Auctions and LIVE Online Auctions.
LIVE Online Auctions are events that International Realty Auction Network hosts in Ballroom or on-the-lawn settings. These auctions are scheduled and posted on this website and will link the bidders to a LIVE bidding application where they will be able to view the LIVE event as the auctioneer calls out each property.
The bidding application provides the bidder with audio, video and visual representation of each property being auctioned. Just as if the bidder was attending the auction LIVE!
Each bidder planning to participate in a live event must be approved and have completed the following items:
Complete Bidder Registration Form. (located under Registration Tab on website.)
Approval by the administrator of auctions by email to you and user name and password verified in that email.
Complete review of the properties on which bidder plans to bid (documents, open houses, details of properties, etc...)
Bidding software is downloaded from your My Accounts page under Live Online Auctions.
Go to MY LIVE EVENTS icon in your My Accounts section and click on the link to attend the sale.
On the date of the auction , attend the auction at the time and place indicated in the catalog or email your prebid/proxy bid form to admin@intlrealtyauction.com at least 24 hours in advance of the sale.
Timed Online-Only Auctions are events that appear on this website in the catalog. To be able to bid on these properties you must be a registered bidder. Details for registration may be found under the Registration tab on the website. Click here to register. Each bidder planning to participate in a Timed Online-Only Auction must be approved and have completed the following items:
